Markings: Karma has speckles of lighter grey at the base of her left ear that slip back to part of her neck and then face into the darkness of her fur. She also has a trail of lighter grey from the base of her neck to her shoulder and speckles that come up from the joint of her back leg and up her side. The underside of her tail is lighter than the rest of her fur, as is her chest fur. She also has a white patch around her left eye
Scars: There's a scar around her left eye in the shape of a sideways "v" and three beneath her right eye
Build: Karma is slim and small
Other Structural Items: Karma's right ear is missing the top portion, and both ears are a larger than most wolves and look too big for her (like a puppy) Disposition: Karma is ornery, brash, and filled with attitude. She leaps without thinking and often says things that she will regret later. Her sarcasm seems to know no bounds as she makes nips at even those she is close with; the smaller amount of it though, the more it seems that she is fond of someone. With her assertiveness and short temper, it is sometimes hard to see that she really is smart underneath it all. She's also fairly insecure and harbors traumatic memories. When she's not angry or having her buttons pressed, Karma can actually be an OK wolf to hang around. She loves to laugh and make others laugh, and is one of the most passionately protective wolves ever seen. Her movements are light and intended to keep attention from her, and just as swift and clean. Her temper is short, and she has a low tolerance of pain, but her rebellious and hardy attitude tend to keep her going even when she would rather just fall into submission of the stronger wolf.
As a leader, Karma can be a bit overbearing and complicated. Many might have issues with her very "now" attitude, but she is a doer and hates seeing loose ends and things left undone. From past experiences, Karma is not fond of humans or of things that remind her of them in shape. She prefers open places, but does not have problems with being in enclosed places so long that there is not a roof.
Strengths: She's quick, intelligent, and has a strong bite. She also has high stamina. Her spirit and determination seem to never falter, even when things seem over
Weaknesses: Her physical defenses and offensive maneuvers are not very good. Karma cannot take very much pain, and she isn't too strong.

Enemies: There are a lot of them History: Growing up on the shores of the ocean, Karma is very used to large creatures. More than once, beached whales fed her and her family for what seemed like an endless time, but enough about where she grew up, it was the process of growing up that was the hard part. Born in the middle litter, Karma had a lot to look up to in her older siblings. Her brothers and sisters all seemed to excel in everything, and there she was, average.
Now, being average might be a good thing. It was better than not doing splendidly at everything. She could hunt, and she could fight. It was not until they got into stealth that her family began to fear her. Her movements were light, lighter than the faintest breath of wind. None of them ever sensed her coming when she would arrive - even when she was not trying to conceal herself.
Terrified of their daughter, Slate and Anora tried as hard as they could to get her to leave once she had reached a year of age. They feared their determined daughter, who worked and worked until she could perform a feat perfectly. And Karma, sweet, innocent Karma, grew bitter. She knew how her family felt about her. Even her new younger siblings cowered in fear.
But, she stayed, despite the coaxing of her parents. Something was ill on the wind, and she wanted to make sure that her family was okay. As it was, the young pups were playing in the shallow wash from the waves, when it happened.
Large and vicious, the grey beast lunged out and snatched one of the pups in its jaws that were lines with rows and rows of teeth. Xandra's screams for help were suffocated by the water as the Shark drew her under. Crimson blood swam to the surface as the bubbles stopped. Anora screamed out in despair as Slate ran out to avenge his daughter.
He ignored Karma's order to stay back, and faced the same fate as his daughter.
Now, their home den had a worn out pier extending from the sand. It was rotting and deteriorating, but the dark female knew that it was her only hope. As the shark leaped further closer and closer to her family, who was now cowering as far as they could from the water, Karma ran out onto the pier.
Her gaze watched the grey beast as she aimed and made a daring leap for him. Her teeth caught in his tail, and he coiled his body, teeth clamping onto her right ear. It tore off, but Karma held on. Wriggling back and forth, the shark wound up beaching itself, like the whales. Finding her footing, Karma stepped onto its back and vainly searched for something that would be deadly to the beast. She ordered for her family to retreat, and retreat they did.
She knew that this was a situation she would not make it easily out of. Taking a risk, she slid down from the sharks back. As her paws hit the ground, there was a moment of hesitation before the best recoiled and had a sharp tooth caught in the skin right below her eye.
Ripping away was terrible, but Karma, a land creature, was able to race away while the shark flailed miserably.
When they returned the next day, it was dead.
